   The shift we are undergoing is truly massive…we've yet only to see the tip of the iceberg, so to speak, For those interested in delving deeper in this subject, I recommend Clay Shirky's book "Here Comes Everybody" coupled with Seth Godin's "Tribes." With these 2 under your belt you'll be up to speed in the whole social networking scene. If you are hard-pressed for time and/or money, then just pull up several video lectures by either Shirky or Godin on ted.com and you can, in a nutshell, get the gist of these books. It's well worth your time.
