Good news on the sale of our house!

We have signed a contingency offer. It took quite a bit of haggling back and forth, but we have accepted the offer.

This means that as soon as the buyer sells their existing house, they will purchase ours. If another buyer for our house comes along that will force her to buy withing 48 hrs or the house goes to the new buyer.

PLEASE PRAY that this lady sells her house soon, or another buyer for our house comes along.
